01 General Terms

These Terms & Conditions govern the entire relationship between you and crickexn with respect to your use of the platform, including the website, mobile interface, all games, all betting markets, all promotional offers, and all customer support services. By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or accessing any part of the crickexn platform, you agree to be bound by these terms in full.

crickexn reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When a material change is made, registered players will be notified by email or by an on-screen notification upon their next login. Continued use of the platform following the publication of updated terms constitutes acceptance of those updated terms. It is your responsibility to review these terms regularly.

These terms are published exclusively in English. The English-language version of these Terms & Conditions is the authoritative version and shall prevail in the event of any inconsistency or dispute regarding interpretation.

1.1 Platform Description

crickexn is an online entertainment platform offering sports betting, live casino, slots, and related gaming services to eligible adult players. The platform accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the payment methods listed in Section 4. crickexn is designed and optimised for players located in Bangladesh and is intended as an entertainment service for adults aged 18 and above.

1.2 Acceptance of Risk

You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk. Outcomes on crickexn — whether in sports betting, live casino, or slots — are determined by certified random processes or real-world sporting events and are not guaranteed to result in a financial return. You agree that you participate voluntarily, that you understand the nature of the risks involved, and that crickexn bears no responsibility for losses incurred through legitimate use of the platform.

02 Eligibility & Age Restriction

Use of crickexn is restricted to individuals who are aged 18 years or older. This age requirement is strict and non-negotiable. crickexn takes underage gambling extremely seriously and employs identity verification measures specifically designed to prevent minors from accessing the platform.

By creating an account, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age;
• You are accessing crickexn from a jurisdiction where online betting and casino gaming is not expressly prohibited for your personal use;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any other person;
• You are not a current or former employee, officer, director, contractor, or close associate of crickexn or any affiliated company;
• You have not previously been self-excluded from crickexn or any other online gambling platform in a manner that remains active;
• The funds you use to deposit and wager on crickexn are not derived from illegal or criminal activity of any kind.

2.1 Identity Verification (KYC)

All crickexn accounts are subject to Know Your Customer (KYC) verification requirements. Before any withdrawal is approved, you must submit valid identity documentation to confirm your name, date of birth, and address. Acceptable documents for Bangladesh players include a valid National Identity Card (NID), a passport, or a driving licence. Proof of payment method ownership may also be requested.

crickexn reserves the right to request KYC documentation at any time during the lifetime of your account, including at account registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, or if unusual activity is detected on your account. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

03 Account Registration

To use the betting, casino, or gaming features of crickexn, you must register a personal account. Registration is free and requires you to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and Bangladesh mobile number.

3.1 One Account Per Player

Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one active account on crickexn. The registration of multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same email address, the same Bangladesh mobile number, the same device, or the same IP address — is strictly prohibited. Players found to hold multiple accounts will have all duplicate accounts closed, all balances across those accounts forfeited, and may be permanently banned from the platform.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your crickexn account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. Any activity conducted on your account — whether by you or by any person who gains access to your account through your negligence — is your full responsibility.

If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify the crickexn support team immediately via live chat or by emailing support@crickexn. crickexn will take reasonable steps to secure your account upon receiving notification, but cannot be held liable for losses arising from unauthorised access that occurred before the notification was received.

3.3 Accurate Information

You must ensure that all information held on your crickexn account is accurate and current at all times. If your personal details change — including your mobile number, email address, or residential address — you must update your account information promptly. crickexn reserves the right to suspend accounts where the information provided is found to be inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading.

3.4 Account Closure by the Player

You may request the closure of your crickexn account at any time by contacting the support team. Upon account closure, any pending withdrawal requests that have been approved will still be processed to the payment method on file. Bonus balances that have not met the applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

crickexn processes all financial transactions exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The platform supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are subject to the limits and processing times set out below.

4.1 Deposits

Deposits into your crickexn account are typically credited instantly for all supported mobile wallet methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay). Card deposits via Visa or Mastercard may take up to 15 minutes to appear in your account balance depending on your card issuer. The following minimum deposit amounts apply:

• bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay: minimum deposit ৳500 per transaction;
• Visa, Mastercard: minimum deposit ৳1,000 per transaction;
• Maximum single deposit: ৳500,000 (subject to your payment provider's own transaction limits).

crickexn does not charge any fees for deposits. However, your mobile wallet provider or card issuer may apply their own transaction fees, which are outside of crickexn's control.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests from your crickexn account are processed within 24 hours of approval for mobile wallet methods and within 3-5 business days for card withdrawals. Withdrawals are only processed to a payment method that has been verified as belonging to the same individual as the registered account holder. The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000 via any supported payment method;
• Maximum single withdrawal: ৳200,000 per transaction;
• KYC verification must be completed in full before any withdrawal is approved;
• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method that has been used to make at least one deposit on your account;
• All active bonus wagering requirements must be settled (either met or forfeited) before a withdrawal can be processed;
• crickexn reserves the right to request additional documentation for any withdrawal above ৳50,000.

4.3 Refused or Delayed Transactions

crickexn reserves the right to refuse or delay any deposit or withdrawal transaction where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, breach of these terms, or where additional verification is required. In such circumstances, the support team will contact you as promptly as possible to explain what further action is needed.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

crickexn offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to registered players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins on selected slot titles, and cricket-specific promotions during major tournaments such as the Bangladesh Premier League (BPL), IPL, and ICC T20 World Cup. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual promotion.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds credited to your crickexn account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as real money. The wagering requirement for each promotion is clearly stated in the individual promotion terms. Unless a specific promotion states otherwise, the following general bonus terms apply:

• Bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (as stated in the promotion) before withdrawal eligibility is achieved;
• Only wagers placed using bonus funds count towards the wagering requirement — real money wagers placed while a bonus is active may be subject to different treatment as stated in the promotion;
• Not all game types contribute equally to wagering requirements — slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino games such as baccarat, roulette, and blackjack may contribute at a lower rate as specified per promotion;
• crickexn reserves the right to void any bonus and any winnings derived from it if the player is found to have abused the bonus system in any way.

5.2 Bonus Abuse

Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once; using automated software or scripts to meet wagering requirements; placing systematically opposite bets to guarantee a risk-free outcome using bonus funds; or colluding with other players to exploit promotional offers. Any player found to have engaged in bonus abuse will have all bonuses and associated winnings voided and may have their account permanently closed.

5.3 Promotion Availability

Promotional offers on crickexn are time-limited and subject to change or withdrawal without prior notice. crickexn reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time. Players who have already opted in to a promotion at the time of its cancellation will have their existing wagering progress honoured in accordance with the original promotion terms, provided no abuse has been detected.

06 User Obligations

As a registered player on crickexn, you agree to use the platform in good faith and in compliance with these Terms & Conditions at all times. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant law enforcement authorities:

6.1 Prohibited Conduct

• Underage access: Allowing any person under 18 years of age to access or use your crickexn account;
• Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification;
• Money laundering: Using crickexn as a mechanism to process, conceal, or transfer funds derived from criminal activity;
• Match fixing and corruption: Placing bets on sporting events where you have inside knowledge of a pre-arranged outcome, or participating in any form of match fixing or spot fixing;
• Automated software: Using bots, scripts, algorithms, artificial intelligence systems, or any other automated tool to place bets, complete wagering requirements, or otherwise interact with the platform in a non-human manner;
• Hacking and exploitation: Attempting to access, disrupt, or exploit the crickexn platform infrastructure, database, or software systems in any unauthorised manner;
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market offered on the platform;
• Chargebacks: Initiating fraudulent chargebacks on deposits made to your crickexn account via Visa, Mastercard, or any other payment method.

6.2 Fair Play

crickexn is committed to providing a fair gaming environment for all players. All casino games on the platform use certified random number generation (RNG) technology from independently audited providers including Pragmatic Play, Spribe, Microgaming, and Ezugi. Attempts to circumvent, reverse engineer, or manipulate any game outcome are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate and permanent account closure with forfeiture of all balances.

07 Account Suspension & Closure

crickexn reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where there are reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• The player has provided false or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification;
• Suspicious activity has been detected on the account that may constitute fraud, money laundering, or match fixing;
• The player is in a jurisdiction where use of the platform is restricted or prohibited;
• A regulatory authority or law enforcement body has instructed crickexn to restrict or close the account;
• The player has initiated a chargeback with their payment provider in bad faith.

7.1 Consequences of Account Closure

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms & Conditions, crickexn reserves the right to withhold and forfeit all account balances, including both real-money and bonus funds. Where an account is closed at the player's own request (and no breach has been committed), any remaining real-money balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be refunded to the player's verified payment method within 5 business days.

7.2 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if it has had no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months. Prior to classifying an account as dormant, crickexn will send a notification to the registered email address. If no response or login is received within 30 days of that notification, an inactivity fee of ৳200 per month may be deducted from the account balance until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated by the player logging in.

08 Responsible Gaming

crickexn is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. Gambling is intended to be an enjoyable form of entertainment. It is not a strategy for generating income and should never be pursued as a method of recovering financial losses. The platform provides a suite of player-protection tools that are available to all registered players at no charge.

8.1 Player Protection Tools

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly BDT deposit limits on your account. Limits take effect immediately. Increases to existing limits are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Time-out: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a time-out, no deposits or bets can be placed.
• Self-exclusion: Request a permanent self-exclusion from crickexn. The minimum exclusion period is six months. Once applied, self-exclusion cannot be reversed until the minimum period has elapsed and a formal reinstatement request has been reviewed and approved.
• Reality checks: Enable on-screen reminders at set intervals (30 minutes, 1 hour, 2 hours) showing your session duration and net wagering activity.
• Activity statements: Download a full statement of your betting and gaming activity from your account panel at any time.
